We are all having to update and upgrade right now. We have no choice, the current changes are pushing us all to stretch, expand, pivot, swerve, redefine and evolve.

The world is pivoting and changing rapidly and we must too!

This is amazing news for energy healing, however many still feel that they need to do work in person and that distant energy work is not as good as the work in person.

Energy is always non-contact. Energy work is always distant work, even when you are in the same physical space.

You, your mind, your heart, your soul, your everything is always working distantly. We are all wireless units of biological hardware walking around and tuning into various signals we want to tap into.

Now is the time to update your mindset to the current energy, and currently we are all connecting very deeply with each other without being present in the same physical space. 

Distant teaching and sessions can be more powerful than those we do in person. Most of us are not used to this new way of working and living because our old belief system is still clinging to how things used to be. 

We are now being gently nudged to change the way we think, behave and do our work to update our ancient operating system which can no longer cope with the energetic and informational updates that our bodies need to adjust to.

We are being empowered now to innovate and establish new ways of relating to the world, to ourselves and each other. 

This is enabled by the extraordinarily clear and crisp energy that is coming to the planet right now.

Do not focus on fear, that is just a healing crisis flushing out what is not working.
